Back to Basics Workshop
This workshop is for individuals that want
to acquaint or re-acquaint themselves with the fundamentals involved in
recovery from an eating disorder. During this three-hour workshop we
will explore the physical, emotional and spiritual basics of recovery.
The workshop is appropriate for newcomers, old timers, individuals that
are struggling, those who are doing well, and is designed for persons
with all types of eating disorders.
The material presented
in this workshop comes from over 20 years of personal and professional
experience in working with hundreds of individuals in various stages of
recovery from eating disorders and chemical dependency.
