Cindy Wells, M.S., LPC
Cindy received a BS and MS in rehabilitation counseling from
Emporia State University. She has been in the mental health
field since 1984 working in the areas of chemical dependency,
developmental disabilities, chronic mental illness and eating
disorders. Since 1993 she has devoted the majority of her
professional time and energy to working with persons who have
eating disorders and related issues.

Rick Ginsberg, Ph.D.
Rick
received his doctorate in counseling psychology from the
University of Denver. He specializes in eating disorders,
unhealthy relationships with food and exercise, negative body
image problems, and related health and wellness issues. Rick
works with women, men, families, couples, adolescents and some
children. In addition to working with The Aspen Grove, he is
currently adjunct professor in the counseling psychology
department at the University of Colorado - Denver and currently
serves as the President of the
Colorado Society of Psychologists in Private Practice. As part of his
work, he chairs an eating disorders task force that attempts to
address topics of disordered eating and negative body image
among the student body and outside community.

Nancy Pudwill, R.D.
Nancy is a registered dietician, a graduate of Kansas State
University. She has been in private practice working with eating
disorders for 17 years. She sees individuals as well as doing
Nutritional Group Therapy. Nancy also works with the athletes at
the University of Denver.

Stephanie Mehleck, Psy.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Stephanie earned her master’s and doctoral degrees from the
University of Denver. Her professional background includes
experience working at the University of Colorado Health Sciences
Center and the Metropolitan State College of Denver Counseling
Center. Stephanie specializes in eating disorders, body
image/self-esteem disturbances, and relationship issues.
She believes in empowering her clients to feel
better about themselves and the choices they make. Stephanie
works with adults, couples, and adolescents.
